In June 2017 Ed Gold had a one-man exhibition at Firstsite, Colchester, a major Arts Council funded gallery. The exhibition, also designed by David Jury, focused on five of the projects Gold had undertaken since the 1980s, Welsh Patagonia, Country Folk, Afghanistan Bed Spaces,Positive Futures and Nowitna Alaska. The 16-page catalogue gives each project an A2-sized double page spread.
